Fixed hammer rotor: used for crushing with high fineness requirements. During crushing, the material passes through three crushing zones. Fine powder that meets the requirements is sucked out through a sieve, while coarse powder is further crushed;
Needle rod rotor: adopting a mesh free structure, it can be used for finer grinding requirements, and the small gap between the rotor and stator can achieve better grinding effect. As needed, a driving device can be installed on the machine door to drive the stator to achieve differential, resulting in finer finished products;
Turbine rotor: This structure is specifically designed for ultrafine grinding, where the material is accelerated by a high-speed rotor and collides with the inner wall of the tooth profile to be crushed, with fine particles up to 8um or less.
