1、 Product Overview
TXQ6Isolation type dual power automatic transfer switchIntegrating switch and logic control without the need for an external controller, this automatic transfer switch truly achieves mechatronics integration. It has functions such as voltage detection, frequency detection, communication interface, electrical and mechanical interlocking, and can realize automatic, electric remote, and emergency manual control.
The switch operation is managed by the logic control board using various logic commands to operate the motor and gearbox. The motor drives the switch spring to store energy, and the instantaneous release of the acceleration mechanism quickly connects and disconnects the circuit or performs circuit conversion. Safety isolation is achieved through obvious visible states, greatly improving the performance of various electrical and mechanical devices. The product control part is a metal shell, and the switch part is made of glass fiber unsaturated polyester resin, which has strong dielectric properties, protective ability, and reliable operational safety.
The product is suitable for automatic switching between two power sources (common power source N and backup power source or generator power source R) in a power supply system with AC 50Hz, 690V and below, rated current up to 3200A and below. This is to ensure the reliability and safety of power supply when one power source fails (power outage, undervoltage, phase failure). 5、 Product Usage
The TXQ6 series dual power automatic conversion switch is mainly used for switching between one main and one backup or mutual backup power supply in distribution or motor networks with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 380V, DC rated voltage of 220V, and rated current of 16A to 1600A, as well as load switching between mains and generator sets. It can also be used for isolating circuits and lines that are not frequently connected or disconnected.
The product is widely used in the transmission and distribution systems and automation systems of important power supply places such as fire protection, hospitals, banks, and high-rise buildings that do not allow power outages.
6、 Control characteristics
The dual power switch has a three pole four pole (three pole+switchable neutral pole) product.
Dual power development is divided into 20 A、40A、63A、80A、100A、125A、160A、200A、225A、250A、315A、350A 、400A、450A、500A、630A、800A、1000A、1250A、1600A Wait for 20 current levels.
Basic type: main backup power supply, self switching and self recovery.
Type I: below 100A, mains to mains, self switching and self restoring, three-phase phase loss detection for two power sources; 125A or above, mains mains mains, main backup or mutual backup optional, self switching, dual power three-phase detection;

8、 Type I switch control characteristics
● 100A以下:
A、 Dust backup system suitable for two mains power lines;
B、 When the main power supply circuit fails (power outage or phase loss), the switch will automatically switch to the backup power supply circuit after a delay (can be set to 1-16 seconds).
C、 When the main power supply circuit returns to normal, the switch will automatically switch back to the main power supply circuit after a delay (adjustable from 1 to 250 seconds).
● 125A以上:
A、 Suitable for primary and backup systems of two mains power lines or mutual backup systems.
B、 When the switch is selected as the self switching and self resetting function (i.e. primary/backup type). When the main power supply circuit fails (power outage, phase loss), the switch will automatically switch to the backup power supply circuit after a delay (can be set to 1-16 seconds); When the main circuit returns to normal, the switch will automatically switch back to the main power supply circuit after a delay (can be set to 1-120s).
C、 When the switch is selected as self switching without self resetting function (i.e. mutual backup type) When there is a fault in the I power circuit (power failure, phase loss); The switch automatically switches to the II power circuit after a delay (adjustable from 1 to 16 seconds); When the II power circuit returns to normal, the switch does not switch back to the I circuit. Only when there is a malfunction in the II power circuit; The switch automatically switches off the power circuit of circuit I after a delay (adjustable from 1 to 120 seconds).
Select the priority power circuit through the plug-in terminal.
9、 Type II switch control characteristics
Suitable for primary and backup systems of two mains power lines or mutual backup systems.
When the switch is selected as the self switching and self restoring function, when the main power supply circuit fails (phase loss, overvoltage or undervoltage), the switch will automatically switch to the backup power supply circuit after a delay (can be set to 1-16 seconds); When the main circuit returns to normal, the switch will automatically switch back to the main power supply circuit after a delay (can be set to 1-120s).
When the switch is selected as self switching and not self resetting function, in the event of a fault in the I power supply network (phase loss, overvoltage or undervoltage); The switch automatically switches to the II power circuit after a delay (adjustable from 1 to 16 seconds); When the I power circuit returns to normal, the switch does not switch back to the I circuit. Only when there is a fault in the I power circuit, the switch will automatically switch back to the I power circuit after a delay (which can be set to 1-120s).
Select the priority power circuit (125A or above) through the wiring terminal.
10、 Type III switch control characteristics
Applicable to systems where the main power supply is from the mains and the generator set serves as a backup power supply.
When the mains power fails, the switch controller first sends a signal to start the oil engine. After a delay of 3 seconds, the switch is first turned to the "O" position, and then automatically put into the oil engine power supply circuit through the timer (the warm-up time can be adjusted to 1-250 seconds).
When the mains power returns to normal. The switch automatically switches back to the mains power supply after a delay (can be set to 1~250 seconds), and then after another delay (can be set to 1~250 seconds), the controller sends a signal to turn off the oil machine.
The mains power and oil engine have functions such as three-phase phase loss, three-phase overvoltage and undervoltage detection, and oil engine frequency detection.
11、 The above four types of switches have their own characteristics

12、 Usage environment
The TXQ6 dual power automatic transfer switch can reliably operate under the following conditions:
● Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters;
The ambient temperature should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, not lower than minus 5 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity should not exceed 95%;
● Non explosive hazardous medium environment;
● No rain or snow invasion environment;
Note: If expected to be applicable under conditions where the ambient air temperature is above+40 ℃ or below -5 ℃~-45 ℃, the user should inform the manufacturer.
