It is mainly used in pipelines to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline. The J41F fluoroplastic lined globe valve has a straight through structure, which has the advantages of compact structure, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance, and short stroke (generally 1/4 of the nominal diameter). It is widely used in pipeline systems such as petroleum and chemical industries. The valve body, valve cover, valve disc and other internal components of the product are designed with fluoroplastic lining components; The valve seat adopts integral polymer as the sealing material, which has excellent sealing performance over a wide temperature and pressure range, strong corrosion resistance and extremely high reliability.

The J41F series fluorine lined globe valve adopts fluoroplastic lining technology, and the valve body is precision cast by investment casting, with high strength and smooth appearance. All the overcurrent components in contact with the liquid are made of fluoroplastic, so it can be used for any concentration of corrosive pipelines and lines in the range of -50 ℃ to 180 ℃ for a long time. However, it should be emphasized that the stop valve lined with fluoroplastic should not be used for flow regulation to prevent high-speed medium flow erosion and damage to the sealing surface at the throttle port.
