This impact testing machine is used to test the resistance of metal materials to impact under dynamic loads. It is an essential testing instrument for metallurgical and mechanical manufacturing units, as well as for research institutions conducting new material research.
Technical features:
1. This machine adopts PC microcomputer and PLC control, with electric swing and impact, microcomputer measurement, calculation, digital display results and printing, etc. It has high work efficiency and high testing accuracy. After impacting the sample, the remaining energy will automatically swing, preparing for the next impact test. It is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. Computers can calculate and display the impact absorption energy of materials. Impact toughness, swing angle, and average test value, and can print the test data and average value for the current test.
2. The machine adopts double support columns, with the main shaft supported by simply supported beams and hanging pendulum. The radial load distribution of bearings is reasonable, especially for high-energy impact machines. Reduce spindle deformation and significantly reduce energy loss caused by bearing friction.
3. Adopting a two-stage standard deceleration motor to lift the hammer, it runs smoothly;
4. The hanging device adopts a buffering device, ensuring a stable hanging;
