Box type resistance furnace, also known ashorseFuruIt is a periodic operation electric furnace. It can be used for sintering, heating, and heat treatment in laboratories of coal, electricity, chemical, building materials, scientific research, and colleges and universities.

The furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plates that are folded and welded together, and the control box is integrated with the furnace body. The inner lining is a rectangular integral lining made of high alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials. A spiral heating element made of iron nickel chromium aluminum alloy wire is threaded through the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the inner furnace lining. Heat up, down, left, and right. The insulation layer between the inner furnace and the furnace shell is constructed using refractory fibers and expanded perlite products.

Integrated box type resistance furnace with over temperature alarm device, using PID self-tuning control technology, LCD display, clear and intuitive indication. Microcomputer intelligent control solves the problems of temperature overshoot and has good temperature control effect. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating output, ensuring stable temperature control. Overtemperature alarm and automatic cut-off of heating output. It has the function of timing or starting timing at a constant temperature after reaching the set temperature.
