Usage Overview:
The ash content muffle furnace is a high-performance electromechanical integrated new generation energy-saving intelligent product, mainly used for measuring content, and is an ideal equipment for plastic processing, production enterprises, scientific research departments, and universities. Optional programmable instruments, the equipment can intelligently segment control time and temperature.
1、 Product features:
1. The outer box shell is made of high-quality cold plates treated with phosphate film salt and then sprayed with high-temperature plastic. The control box is integrated with the furnace body. Beautiful appearance, avoiding complicated installation for customers.
2The inner lining is a rectangular integral lining made of high alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials. The furnace is a sealed structure, and the insulation layer between the inner furnace and the furnace shell is built with refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomaceous earth products.
3A spiral heating element made of iron nickel chromium aluminum alloy wire is threaded through the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the inner furnace lining. Heat up, down, left, and right.
4The left side furnace door and chimney exhaust device are easy to operate. Beautiful appearance, exquisite craftsmanship, sturdy and durable, not easily deformed.
5Adopting overall design and user-friendly menu design, industrial PID self-tuning control technology is adopted, and dual screen high brightness wide window digital display is used, with clear and intuitive display values. Microcomputer intelligent control solves the problems of temperature overshoot and has excellent temperature control effect. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating output, ensuring stable temperature control.
6Equipped with over temperature alarm and automatic cut-off of heating output function, it has the function of timing startup or starting timing with constant temperature after reaching the set temperature.
Open the door and turn off the power——Equipped with a travel switch, the power is automatically cut off when the furnace door is opened, effectively ensuring the safety of the user
2、 Ash content muffle furnace body structure
Temperature measuring element: The temperature measuring thermocouple enters from the upper back of the furnace body;
Terminal post: The heating furnace wire terminal post is located at the lower rear position of the furnace body;
Controller: located below the furnace body, with a built-in control system and compensation wires connected to the furnace body
Heating element: High temperature resistance wire;
3、 Ash content muffle furnace temperature control system
Temperature measurement: K-scale nickel chromium nickel silicon thermocouple;
Control system: PID regulation, display accuracy of 1 ℃;
Complete set of electrical appliances: using branded contactors, cooling fans, and solid-state relays;
Time system: The working time can be set, and when the constant temperature time is reached, the machine will automatically stop;
Overtemperature protection: Built in secondary overtemperature protection device with dual insurance. Over temperature alarm, over temperature cutoff;
Operation mode: Full range adjustable constant temperature, constant operation.
