Analyzer features:
PHASE technology has once again achieved the first place in the petrochemical industry
The new technology product JFA-70Xi from PHASE is the world's first and only analytical instrument that can simultaneously measure three important parameters: freezing point, viscosity, and density, with a total analysis time of no more than 15 minutes.
Excellent ASTM method analysis accuracy
JFA-70Xi density measurement exceeds the requirements of ASTM D445 analysis standard with a repeatability of<0.2%. Unlike other viscometers, JFA-70Xi requires a large external cooling device. Freezing point analysis follows ASTM D5972 standard, which is currently the most accurate analysis method in the world, with zero deviation and a maximum pollutant detection value of 99%. The density analysis method is ASTM D4052. 20 ℃ repeatability<0.005g/ml.
Automatic Sample Injection System
A new feature of JFA-70Xi is that it has an automatic injection port on the side. No need for a pipette, the analyzer automatically and accurately aspirates the required sample content according to ASTM analysis methods. JFA can automatically clean without any solvents, saving time, eliminating cleaning troubles, and avoiding damage to the sample cup.
Trustworthy analysis and design
The JFA analyzer is developed based on the 70Xi series platform, thus retaining features that save time and improve efficiency: editable bookmarks, quality control charts, robust design, on-site service capabilities, intelligent design, etc.
Optimal design of process flow
-
Fast response time
The overall analysis time for the three parameters is less than 15 minutes
-
Automatic sampling
No need for a pipette, new feature injection system
-
Automatic cleaning - no solvent required
No need for manual cleaning, the cleaning system automatically flushes and resolves residual samples
-
Ultra high precision
Both manual and automatic measurements have good repeatability and reproducibility
-
One click preset collection
Quick keys are convenient, and the analyzer can store commonly used injection settings
-
Optimized quality control
Automatic quality control and instantaneous control chart, re measuring to increase the credibility of the results
-
USB&Ethernet connection
The analyzer can be quickly accessed through a USB flash drive to obtain data. The Ethernet port can be connected to LIMS internet and can also be connected to HP printers for printing
application
The freezing point, viscosity, and density are three important analytical parameters for jet fuel. The freezing point affects the pumpability of fuel for flight under low temperature conditions Viscosity has an impact on the pumpability of fuel within its operating range. Viscosity is an important parameter that affects droplet size, injection form of fuel into the power engine, linear pressure of the fuel system, and fuel pump. Density is a necessary parameter for aircraft load calculation.
