Purpose:
JGS type stepped grid cleaning machine is a type of fine grid, mainly suitable for use as a second interception device after the grid in water plants, sewage treatment plants, etc., to separate and remove floating debris below 10mm in sewage.
Structure and working principle:
The device adopts a stepped design, consisting of fixed and moving grid plates that are spaced apart to form a grid surface. When sewage flows through, pollutants or suspended solids larger than the grid gap are blocked on the grid surface. As the fixed grid plate is fixed on the frame, the moving grid plate is driven by motion mechanisms such as motor reducers and eccentric wheel linkages to perform cyclic reciprocating motion. Through the alternating displacement of relative moving and stationary grid plates, the intercepted grid slag is transported step by step upwards to the discharge port and falls into the conveyor or garbage truck, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning. At the same time, the grid surface is also self cleaned.
