JHM series essence mill is an internal classification ball mill, which is a new type of mill independently developed by our company on the basis of many years of powder engineering practice.
2、 JHM series essence mill features:
Integrating crushing and grading, it overcomes the over grinding phenomenon of typical ball mills and has the function of ultrafine crushing. This mill can achieve large diameter (larger than 8 meters in diameter) at the same power, giving the ball mill new performance - energy-saving, ultra-fine, and particle size concentration, with a wide range of applications.
3、 Applicable scope of JHM series essence mill:
It can be widely used for crushing materials such as cement, building materials, non-metallic minerals, chemicals, feed, metal powders, abrasives, etc. Due to the introduction of secondary air technology, the temperature of the grinding chamber is greatly reduced, and it can also be used for the crushing of thermally sensitive materials. The installed power of this model is 5-2000kw.
The company has various prototypes of large, medium, and small steel and ceramic dielectric balls, with complete testing methods. We welcome incoming materials for testing.
