1、 Overview:
The air flotation part is treated by adding chemicals to coagulate the sewage into the air flotation tank. The dissolved air in the dissolved air tank is suddenly depressurized by the dissolved air release device at the lower part of the inlet and outlet of the water pipe, releasing a large number of microbubbles from the air dissolved in the water. During the rising process, microbubbles encounter suspended solids that have already condensed in the sewage. The microbubbles attach to the suspended solids, causing them to quickly float up, so that all suspended solids treated in the sewage float on top. The circular air flotation equipment then scrapes them off and discharges them into the sludge tank through the scraper on the upper part of the air flotation, while the bottom of the tank is discharged through treated clean water.
2、 Scope of application:
The total content of heavy metal ions such as zinc, copper, lead, etc. in electroplating wastewater is below 50PPM, and the removal rate can be above 70%.
The chromaticity removal rate of printing and dyeing wastewater is about 90%, the COD removal rate is about 60-70%, and the BOD removal rate is about 50%.
The COD removal rate of food slaughter and leather wastewater is about 70%, and the suspended solids removal rate is about 90%.
4. The oil content in refinery wastewater can be reduced to below 10 milligrams per liter, and the wastewater can reach a clear level.
5. For chemical wastewater and pigments, paints, etc., the COD removal rate is about 74%, and the chromaticity removal rate is about 93%.
The fiber recovery rate of papermaking white water can reach about 95%, the COD removal rate is about 86.7%, and the clean water is completely reused.
7. The turbidity of the large pool bath water can be stabilized below 10 degrees, and the bacteria in the water have significantly decreased.
8. The turbidity of drinking water and industrial water can be purified to below 5 degrees, and it has a good effect on reducing chromaticity and oxygen consumption.
3、 Working principle:
Under certain conditions, a large amount of air is dissolved in water to form dissolved gas water, which serves as a working medium. It is rapidly released through a release device and suddenly depressurized, producing a large number of fine bubbles that adhere to the "alum flowers" in the wastewater after coagulation reaction, causing the flocs to float up and quickly remove pollutants from the water, achieving the goal of water purification.
