1、 Overview

4、 Power on preparation

1. Open box inspection

a、 After unpacking, check and inspect according to the packing list;

b、 Check the appearance of the instrument for any damage caused by transportation;

c、 If any abnormal phenomena are found after opening the box, please contact the manufacturer in a timely manner for timely resolution.

2. Power on preparation

a、 The power switch of the instrument is in the off state;

b、 Before connecting the instrument power supply, please check if the voltage range of the power supply is correct and has a reliable grounding;

c、 Connect the power plug properly.

3. Power on inspection

a、 Turn on the power switch of the instrument, observe whether the instrument is started (there should be slight vibration when touching the chassis with hands after the instrument is started), observe whether there is any abnormal sound during the operation of the instrument, and if any abnormal situation is found, please turn off the machine in a timely manner;

b、 After the instrument is working normally, loosen the sealing nut of the "air outlet" and observe whether there is any gas flowing out;

c、 After all the above items are normal, seal the "air outlet" with a nut;

d、 Restart the instrument, and after about 1.5 to 2 minutes of startup, the instrument enters the pressure automatic control state (factory set shutdown 0.8Mpa, startup 0.5Mpa). After the instrument automatically shuts down, observe that the high-pressure gauge should reach the set pressure, and the output pressure gauge should output 0.3Mpa;

e、 After the instrument is turned on normally, turn off the power switch, remove the sealing nut of the "air outlet", and connect the gas output port to the air inlet of the gas instrument through a pipeline.

5、 Operation method

1. Connect the power and the instrument starts working;

6、 Precautions

1. The instrument should be placed steadily and not tilted to prevent liquid leakage inside the compressor;

2. After the instrument has been working continuously for a period of time, it is necessary to check whether the color changing silicone gel inside the drying room has changed from blue to pink or white. If it has changed color, it should be replaced in a timely manner,(Note: The replacement of silicone gel should be carried out in a pressure free state of the instrument.) After replacing the silicone gel, the airtightness of the drying tube should be checked in a timely manner (with the principle of no air leakage);

3. The oil purifier is filled with activated carbon filter material, which should be replaced after 300 hours of use of the instrument (note: the replacement of activated carbon should be carried out when the instrument is under no pressure). After replacement, the airtightness of the drying tube should be checked in a timely manner (with the principle of no air leakage);

4. Method for eliminating liquid accumulation in gas storage tanks

a、 Drainage should be carried out when the instrument is under pressure;

b、 Do not drain during sample analysis.

The compressed water generated during the process is automatically discharged. When the climate is humid, there is a lot of compressed water, and the liquid should be drained after about a week of use. At the same time, use a container to collect the liquid, and release the drain button after the residual liquid is drained to avoid air leakage.

Users should follow the operating instructions, regularly maintain the instrument, and not disassemble the instrument and its components at will. If any abnormal situations or instrument malfunctions are found, they should promptly contact the manufacturer.

7、 Maintenance and upkeep

1. Replacement of color changing silicone gel

Rotate counterclockwise and remove the upper nut of the drying tube while ensuring that the instrument is in a pressure free state, and remove the lining tube of the dryer to replace the discolored silicone gel. Tighten the upper nut of the drying tube to ensure no air leakage, and do not tighten it too tightly to prevent damage to the sealing gasket.

2. Recycling and activation of color changing silicone gel: Put the expired color changing silicone gel into a high-temperature resistant open container, place it in a constant temperature drying oven, and keep the temperature at 100-120 ℃ for 2-3 hours until the silicone gel returns to blue. After natural cooling in the drying oven, put the silicone gel into a sealed container for later use;

It is strictly prohibited to maintain the instrument under pressure, and it is even more forbidden to disassemble the instrument components while the instrument is under pressure to avoid damage or danger.

3. Activated carbon replacement

The replacement program is basically the same as the method of changing color silicone gel;

Leakage inspection method: Connect the instrument power supply, and when the output pressure starts to rise, apply soap foam to the threaded connection of the drying tube and the oil removal purification tube, and observe whether there are bubbles generated until the pressure reaches the set pressure. There should be no bubbles generated. If bubbles are generated, attention should be paid to first venting the instrument pressure from the "outlet", then re securing the leaking contact point, and repeatedly checking until there is no leakage in the instrument system.

8、 Fault handling
