The COD digester uses a specially designed electric furnace plate for heating, with uniform surface heating and fast heating and cooling rates. At the same time, if the sample solution is accidentally dropped, it will evaporate naturally, which can reduce the damage to the instrument caused by improper operation. Standard COD digesterThe digestion time can be set, and a countdown to the digestion time can be displayed. After digestion is complete, the instrument automatically stops heating, and the instrument fan continues to work to assist in sample cooling. It can be left unattended.

JQ-101X standard COD digesterUsing glass burr reflux tubes instead of spherical reflux tubes, and replacing circulating water cooling methods with air and water cooling technologies, the operation is more convenient. The cooling part is mainly completed by burr condensation tube water cooling and fan air cooling. The upper part of the condensation tube is spherical with 2 bubbles for better cooling effect. The catalyst is added here to prevent the instantaneous volatilization of light components in the sample and can be covered with a volatilization cap. The lower part is in the shape of a 'burr', with two opposing 'cold bubbles' extending from the wall of the condenser tube on a flat surface, which increases the cooling area and blocks the passage of volatile substances and vapors compared to a simple spherical condenser tube. In addition, the dual effect of cooling water and internal fan in the upper spherical reflux tube ensures the reflux cooling of the sample. The JQ-101X standard COD digestion device uses an inserted burr reflux tube, which is safer and more stable to use.
