JQ-101X standard COD digester (8 tubes)
Product Overview:
The national standard HJ828-2017 replaces GB11914-89 for the standardized determination of chemical oxygen demand (COD) in water quality, and strictly specifies the conditions and indicators such as heating digestion time, solution acidity, oxidant and catalyst dosage for the method. It is obvious that the determination of COD (cr) in water quality has strict conditions, and any operation that violates these conditions will affect the accuracy of the determination.
JQ-101X standard COD digester (8 tubes)Following the basic principles of ISO and national standard HJ828-2017, the digestion operation with reflux heating and micro boiling for 2 hours was ensured. The preparation and addition of reagent solution were consistent with the HJ828-2017 method, ensuring reliable and accurate analysis results.
Standard COD digesterThis instrument adopts microcomputer technology for timed control of electric furnace plates, and can simultaneously heat 8 or 12 digestion cone reflux devices. To achieve the goals of energy conservation, reducing power load, and improving efficiency. The instrument adopts a glass burr reflux tube instead of a spherical reflux tube, and uses air cooling technology instead of tap water cooling, which can not only save water and standardize the instrument, but also improve the safety of instrument use.
Standard COD digesterSuitable for the determination of COD in surface water, domestic sewage, and industrial wastewater. Not applicable for the determination of COD in water with chloride concentration greater than 1000mg/L (diluted). When the sampling volume is 10.0mL, the detection limit is 4mg/L and the lower limit of determination is 16mg/L. The upper limit for undiluted water samples is set at 700mg/L. If it exceeds this limit, it must be diluted and measured.
