The JS210 coating thickness gauge can be used not only for measuring non-magnetic coatings such as coatings, varnish, enamel, chromium, and zinc plating on ferromagnetic metal substrates such as steel, but also for measuring non-conductive coatings such as coatings, anodized layers, and ceramics on non-magnetic metal substrates such as copper, aluminum, die cast zinc, and brass.
The JS210 coating thickness gauge automatically recognizes the type of substrate being measured and automatically switches measurement modes, with the screen rotating automatically. Adopting advanced digital probe technology, digital signal processing is directly completed on the probe, which is less susceptible to interference and provides excellent testing accuracy. Even temperature changes will not affect the measurement, and the reading remains stable to ensure very good repeatability throughout the entire measurement process. Widely used in manufacturing, metal processing industry, chemical industry, commercial inspection and other fields.
