1、 Introduction to JSY Adaptive High Efficiency Filter
JSY adaptive high-efficiency filter is a high-efficiency filter with JSY adaptive fiber filter material as the technical core. JSY adaptive filter material adopts theoretical physics principles - nonlinear scientific fractal structure, and its significant features are its adaptability and fractal structure. It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy and large interception capacity of fiber filter media, as well as high backwash cleanliness and low water consumption of granular filter media. The pore distribution of the filter bed formed by this filter media is close to the ideal filter layer structure. During filtration, the porosity of the filter media gradually decreases in the direction of water flow, and the distribution of porosity in the same section is uniform. The water flow size is consistent during filtration, and the interception capacity is large and uniform. The vertical gap of the filter bed section gradually decreases from top to bottom, forming an up and down gradient distribution, which is conducive to the effective separation of suspended solids in water. The particles detached from the upper part of the filter bed are easily captured and trapped in the lower part of the filter bed.

During filtration, due to the difference in specific gravity between the core and the fiber bundle, the core plays a role in compacting the fibers. Due to the small size of the core, the uniformity of the pore distribution in the filtration section is not greatly affected, and it can achieve both vertical and horizontal deep filtration, thereby improving the interception capacity, filtration accuracy, and filtration speed of the filter bed. During backwashing, due to the difference in specific gravity between the core and the fiber bundle, the fiber bundle disperses with the backwashing water flow, producing strong oscillations. After air scrubbing, the filter media collides with each other, producing strong oscillations and flips. This strengthens the mechanical force on the filter media during backwashing, making it easy for suspended particles attached to the surface of the fiber bundle to fall off, improving the backwashing cleanliness of the fiber filter body, and reducing backwashing water consumption.
