 Basic characteristics
JTW self-lubricating thrust washer combines the wear resistance of copper alloy (ZCuZn24Al6) with the self-lubricating performance of solid lubricant, making it maintenance free during use. The product is widely used for high load, intermittent or swinging motion, such as automobile and locomotive production lines, water turbines, reservoir work/accident doors, plastic machinery, etc. According to the operating conditions, various types of copper alloys can be provided.
