Introduction:

Chloride ions are an important factor in inducing steel corrosion. In order to avoid premature corrosion of steel bars, the control of chloride ion content in concrete raw materials is quite strict. The relevant regulations in our country clearly require that when selecting concrete raw materials such as sand, aggregates, cement, additives, and mixing water, chloride ion content testing must be carried out to fundamentally avoid introducing excessive chloride ions into the concrete. The testing of chloride ion content in structural concrete plays a significant role in evaluating the safety of the structure, and provides a valuable reference for the renovation and repair of old structures. This instrument is manufactured in accordance with relevant standards such as GB/T 50476-2008 "Code for Durability Design of Concrete Structures", JGJ206-2010 "Technical Specification for Application of Sea Sand Concrete", JTJ 270-98 "Code for Testing Concrete in Water Transport Engineering", etc. It uses the Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) method and is equipped with professional software and chemical anti-interference reagents to quickly measure the water-soluble chloride ion content of inorganic materials such as concrete, sand and gravel, cement, and mixing water at room temperature, thereby achieving the goal of preventing premature corrosion of concrete reinforcement.
