Product Introduction
The JXH type small pull rod transverse corrugated compensator consists of two sections of corrugated pipes, a middle connecting pipe, and a small pull rod with a limited nut. It absorbs transverse displacement in any plane of the absorption pipe system, as well as axial displacement. The small pull rod cannot withstand internal pressure thrust. If the user needs a small pull rod during use, be sure to loosen the nut and keep it at a distance from the ear plate (or support plate) after installation (the value is determined by the compensation amount in the opposite direction) If the actual compensation amount is greater than the specified value on the sample (life ≤ 1000 times), the small pull rod must be removed after installation of the product.
Product advantages
JXH type small pull rod transverse corrugated compensator is also commonly known as expansion joint or expansion joint. The small pull rod transverse compensator belongs to a type of compensating element. By utilizing the effective expansion and contraction deformation of its working body corrugated tube, it can absorb dimensional changes caused by thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines, conduits, containers, etc., or compensate for axial, lateral, and angular displacements of pipelines, conduits, containers, etc. It can also be used for noise reduction and vibration reduction. Widely used in modern industry. The product is suitable for transporting media such as seawater, fresh water, hot and cold water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, finished oil, air, coal gas, steam and granular powder with a temperature not exceeding 250 degrees.
1. Compensate for axial, transverse, and angular thermal deformation of the absorption pipeline.
2. The expansion and contraction of the corrugated compensator facilitates the installation and disassembly of valve pipelines.
3. Absorb equipment vibration and reduce the impact of equipment vibration on pipelines.
4. Absorb the deformation of pipelines caused by earthquakes and subsidence.
Product Features
The small pull rod transverse corrugated compensator can not only compensate for the lateral and angular displacement of bent pipes, but also compensate for axial displacement. The axial compensation amount and lateral compensation amount (X0, Y0) listed in the sample are used separately as the maximum values for axial compensation or lateral compensation. In this case, the following relationships should be satisfied:
X1≤Xo Y1≤Yo
X1 and Y1 are actual values used separately for axial or lateral compensation
When the compensator has both axial displacement and lateral displacement, the selection of the two compensation amounts (X1, Y1) should satisfy the following relationship:
At this point, X1 and Y1 represent the actual values of both axial and lateral displacements that exist simultaneously.
Calculation of the force exerted on the support by the small rod transverse corrugated compensator:
A certain carbon steel pipeline with a nominal diameter of 500mm, a working pressure of 0.6Mpa, a medium temperature of 350 degrees Celsius, an ambient minimum temperature of -100 degrees Celsius, and a compensator installation temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. According to the pipeline layout, a small pull rod transverse corrugated compensator needs to be installed to compensate for 50mm axial displacement and 30mm transverse displacement. Given L=50, the fatigue failure times of the compensator are considered to be 15000 times, and the force on support A is calculated.
