1. Installation point

a、 If measuring the wind speed inside the pipeline, the shape of the pipeline must be considered. Generally, the pipeline is circular, and the effective length of the pitot tube should be at least greater than the outer radius of the pipeline. The installation point can be arbitrary; If it is a square pipe, you can choose a small distance from the center point * as the installation point, which can save the material of the pitot tube

b、 If measuring the air outlet, the pitot tube can be of any length without the need for fixed installation, just hold it in your hand for measurement

2. The measurement point must be selected as the wind speed center point when measuring in any location

3. Selection of Pitot Tubes: Generally, L-type tubes are chosen. If the medium contains slag, S-shaped pitot tubes with back-to-back anti blocking properties are selected
