Jam filling production line

Raw material processing:Jam is divided into two types: puree and block. Soften, grind, or cut fruits or vegetables that have been peeled and pitted (such as whole strawberries) into chunks. Use different formulas for high candy sauce and low candy sauce, add sugar and boil them (fruits with low acid and pectin content can add acid and pectin appropriately). Heat and concentrate until the soluble solids content reaches 65% (high sugar) or 45%~55% (low sugar), then bottle or canning.

Unloading:Bottles or cans are unloaded from the entire stack, glass bottles are usually unloaded using an empty bottle unloading machine, and iron cans are unloaded using a magnetic unloading machine (empty can unloading).

Bottle cleaning/jar cleaning

Glass bottles can be cleaned using a clamp type bottle washing machine or a tunnel type bottle washing machine, while iron cans can be cleaned using an empty can cleaning machine.
bottlingRegardless of whether the packaging material is glass bottles or tin cans, a thick sauce filling machine can be used for filling. The filling machine adopts servo control, servo positioning piston quantitative, and filling accuracy is+-0.5%~1%.
