Operating principle: The screw chiller unit is named after the use of a screw compressor. The refrigerant exchanges heat and vaporizes with the refrigerant in the evaporator, and then undergoes adiabatic compression by the compressor to become a high-temperature and high-pressure state. The compressed gas refrigerant enters the condenser, and after condensation and heat release, it becomes a liquid refrigerant. The liquid refrigerant expands through a throttle valve and absorbs heat to become a gas-liquid mixture. The liquid refrigerant under low temperature and pressure absorbs the heat of the refrigerant (water or other solution) in the evaporator, becomes a gaseous refrigerant again, and enters the compressor again to start a new compression cycle.
Features of screw chiller: Performance: The main unit adopts the advanced third-generation 5:6 asymmetric rotor semi closed screw compressor, with integrated motor and compressor, and no leakage concerns of shaft seals. The combination control program of two or more compressors can reasonably balance the load of each head component and prolong the use of the unit. Two desktop and multiple compressors use multiple refrigeration circuits. When one circuit needs maintenance, the other circuits can still operate normally and have backup functions. The compressors use star delta voltage reduction starting to avoid impact on the power grid. The humanized microcomputer control system adopts PLC LCD true color LED display, touch computer control, with a simple Chinese interface operation, brake detection of cold water outlet temperature, and automatic adjustment of the compressor to track the on-site load. The display screen is intuitive and clear, and various data during operation can be read for reference at any time. When there is a fault, it can automatically alarm in a timely manner and display the fault code for processing. Relevant feedback information can be output to other main control systems according to the needs of the site, and the original content can be corrected according to the needs of the site, such as the position of the capacity adjustment, various protection points of the unit, pressure, etc.
Easy to install, compact unit interface, small footprint, saving space. When the whole machine leaves the factory, it has undergone strict debugging and scheduled operation, which can achieve the state of on-site use. The unit vibration is minimal, and the foundation does not require vibration isolation measures. The installation is simple, and only the evaporator freezing water pipe and condenser cooling water pipe need to be connected during installation.
