Electric humidifier is based on the principle of resistance heating. The electric heating tube is immersed in water. After the electric heating tube is powered on, according to Joule's law, the electric heating tube generates heat, which turns water into steam. When in use, connect the power, water source, and drainage pipe, and the humidifier will start to receive water. When the water level in the box reaches the working water level, the electric heating tube will start heating up; When the water level is lower than the working water level, the control circuit can be cut off, thereby stopping the heating of the electric heating tube; When the water level is too high, it overflows from the overflow outlet. The steam generated during the work process is discharged through the exhaust hole. Electric humidification is achieved by controlling the heating power of the heating element to regulate the amount of steam output.

Type A can accept 0N/0FF signals or building automatic control signals. The electrical control box has an automatic control interface and switch quantity adjustment,

A-type control mode: ON/OFF means the humidifier receives 0N/0FF control signals.
B-type control mode: proportional adjustment, that is, the humidifier receives adjustment signals such as 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, etc. to continuously adjust the humidification amount of the humidifier. B-type standard configuration includes Siemens LCD controller RWD68 and Siemens temperature and humidity sensor.

Installation precautions:
1. Working voltage: not exceeding 1.1 times the rated value, and the casing should be effectively grounded.
2. Working medium: tap water or pure water that is not prone to scaling, corrosion, or impurities.
When installing the humidifier, it should be kept level and not tilted. When connecting the external water pipe, attention should be paid to the direction of the inlet valve not rotating.
During the work process, the exhaust hole should not be covered to avoid affecting the discharge of steam.
5. Do not adjust or remove the float valve and control switch at will to avoid damage.
6. The top rod of the travel switch in the control box should be checked regularly for debris or rust, and the top rod should be ensured to slide freely.
7. Regularly inspect and clean the surface of the electric heating tube and the scale inside the box, while ensuring that the connecting pipes between the water tank and the control box are unobstructed. When cleaning, simply open the cover plate of the box.
8. The power must be turned off during inspection and cleaning.
When not in use for a long time, the power and water sources should be turned off, and any remaining water in the box should be drained.
