KG gravity water purifier is a unified water purification equipment that uses surface water as the water source and integrates reaction, precipitation, and filtration. If combined with sedimentation and disinfection, it can become a fully functional water purification station (factory). This equipment adopts advanced processes such as folded plate reaction, efficient inclined tube sedimentation, and multi-layer filter material filtration. The equipment has reasonable process parameters, compact structure, convenient operation and management, high effluent load rate, good purification effect, stable and reliable equipment performance, and can adapt to source water such as rivers, lakes, and reservoirs. The water treatment process flow of the water purifier:
The KG series water purifier is a gravity type water purifier. The process flow is shown in Figure 3.
Alum and chlorine can be added to the water purifier before the pump. If a tubular mixer is installed, it is recommended to use a water injector to add them before the tubular mixer.
If ultraviolet or ozone disinfection is used, disinfection should be carried out on the outlet pipe of the water purifier.
Application scope of water purifier:
The water purifier can be used for river water (including Yangtze River, Yellow River and the Pearl River), lake water, reservoir water, pond water and well water requiring advanced treatment. It can also be used for some industrial water treatment. Its turbidity is suitable for temperatures below 1000 degrees, and if paired with rapid precipitation, its source water turbidity can be relaxed to around 5000 degrees. The water purifier with the above process can remove particulate impurities, suspended colloids, algae, microorganisms, bacteria, and viruses, as well as remove impurities, odors, and some iron and manganese. After treatment, the water quality is clear, transparent, colorless, and odorless, meeting the national drinking water turbidity index.

Installation of water purifier:
1. Water purifiers can be installed indoors or outdoors. When installed outdoors, anti freezing measures should be taken for its gates and other accessories in areas with lower temperatures.
2. The water purifier requires the construction of a concrete foundation, which should be level and the thickness of the foundation can be determined according to the foundation conditions.
3. The pipes and fittings of the water purifier should be installed according to the drawings and equipment requirements.
