Operation of KJH41X hydraulic control valve:

1. After the installation of this valve, the exhaust valve should be opened after the pipeline is filled with water, and then closed when the exhaust valve is discharged.

2. If you want to extend the service life of this valve, you can connect a pipeline between the water supply and return pipelines on the basis of the original installation system, and install a check valve on this pipeline

1. The on-off valve cannot be opened. Carefully observe whether the installation of this valve is reasonable, whether the operation is correct, and whether the control pipe valve is open.

2. Stop the pump and check if the boiler overflow operation is incorrect, and check if the check valve is leaking water.

Due to material reasons, maintenance and upkeep should be carried out after shutdown. Open the upper and lower cover bolts, remove the valve stem nuts separately, then remove the piston and clean the cylinder piston
