3、 Usage method :

1 Turn on the power switch, the instrument indicator light will turn on, and the instrument will display 1234 before entering the self check zero calibration function, which will display 0.00N. (Preheat for 2 minutes)

2 Place the test sample at the center of the sample tray,If the sample is too heavy, the displayed number will change,pressquicklyReset key,Rotate the handwheel clockwise,Move the force lever downwards,When the force rod approaches the sample, Press the peak button once,At the same time, the indicator light flashes, and thenContinue slowlyclockwiseRotating handwheel,Slowly press down on the sample, and the number gradually increases.When the sample particles are broken,The maximum value of force is lockedAt this point, the number directly displays the maximum intensity value.Press the peak button again, the indicator light will not flash, the display will return to 0.00, and enter standby mode

3 When continuing the experiment,Repeat the above steps.

4 When the sample strength is too high,The displayed value exceeds95NWhen, Should exit in a timely manner, To prevent damage to the sensor.

4、 Attention:

1When not powered on,Do not rotate the handwheel clockwise casually,Apply force to the contact between the force rod and the sample disk,To avoid damaging the sensor due to overload.

2At the end of the experiment,Attention should also be paidaddKeep the force rod away from the sample tray,Confirm that it is in a non stressed state,Only then can the power be turned off.

3Before measuring the strength of the sample, Should firstClean the sample tray thoroughly, put awaySample tray and strong column at the center of the tray, Turn on the power switch again, and the instrument will self check untilThe number is displayed as 0.00.

4When the force approaches95NWhen,The handwheel should be rotated counterclockwise in a timely manner,Separate the force rod from the sample,End this experiment.

5During the experimental process,When rotating the handwheel clockwise,Do not suddenly rotate the handwheel counterclockwise to reduce force(Except for over range alarm),Otherwise, the instrument will misjudge that the sample has been broken and lock invalid values.

6During the experimental process,When the particles have been subjected to force,The handwheel should be rotated as slowly as possible,Minimize the rate of force increase as much as possible,This can ensure measurement accuracy.

7If the instrument malfunctions, it cannot be disassembled by oneself,Should return to the factory for maintenance.
