1、 Overview of KQGL Stainless Steel Pipeline Pump

KQGL stainless steel pipeline pump is a new generation of vertical centrifugal pump developed by absorbing advanced international technology and combining with Shandong Kaiquan pump valve experience. It can meet the needs of users in various narrow occasions, with reasonable design, easy installation and use, and good dynamic and static balance of pump shaft concentricity and impeller, ensuring no static and low noise during operation. The mechanical seal adopts silicon carbide and fluorine rubber hard alloy, and the wall thickness of the pump body overcurrent part is thickened to ensure the normal use of the high static pressure circulation system. It is designed and manufactured according to the international standard ISO2858, and its performance meets the national JB/T53058-93 standard.

2、 Product Features

1. Efficient and energy-saving: CFD computational fluid dynamics is used to analyze and calculate the relationship between pressure distribution and velocity distribution inside the pump, optimize the flow channel design of the pump, ensure that the pump has an efficient hydraulic profile, and improve the efficiency of the pump.

2. Smooth operation, safe and reliable: The motor and water pump are coaxial and directly connected, with high concentricity, ensuring smooth and safe operation.

3. Bearings: The bearings in the motor equipped with the pump are all enclosed bearings, which require no maintenance or upkeep of the motor bearings during normal use.

4. Machine seal: Made of materials such as stainless steel silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, fluororubber, etc. Balanced high-temperature and high-pressure resistance, long operating life, no leakage, no wear on the shaft, no accumulation of water and dirt, ensuring a clean working environment.

3、 Product Usage

This series of products can be divided into ISG vertical clear water pump, ISW horizontal centrifugal pump, IRG vertical hot water pump, IHG vertical chemical pump, YG vertical pipeline oil pump, ISGD vertical low-speed clear water pump.

ISG pumps are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, fire pressure boosting, long-distance water delivery, HVAC refrigeration cycles, various water supply equipment, boiler matching use, for conveying clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties intended for clean water, with medium temperature T ≤ 80 ℃.

2. IRG pumps are suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels, bathrooms, boiler hot water boosting circulation, urban housing heating circulation and other occasions, with medium temperature T ≤ 120 ℃.

3. The IHG pump transports corrosive liquids with a temperature T ≤ 120 ℃.

YG pumps transport oil or flammable and explosive liquids, such as diesel, gasoline, kerosene, etc.
