The KYF flotation machine impeller is a conical impeller with blades tilted back at an angle, which has strong stirring ability and a simple structure;
A multi hollow cylindrical air distributor is installed in the impeller cavity, which disperses the air evenly and combines the air slurry well;
Small impeller diameter, low circumferential speed, low power consumption, can save 30-50% energy;

Adopting a U-shaped groove results in less sedimentation of tailings;

Mechanical mixing type, unable to self suction, unable to self suction slurry, requiring a stepped configuration in the workshop;

working principle | KYF type inflatable stirring flotation machine flow chart When the KYF inflatable mechanical stirring flotation machine rotates, the slurry in the tank is sucked into the impeller blades from all sides through the bottom of the tank and the lower end of the impeller. At the same time, low-pressure air supplied by the blower enters the air distributor in the impeller chamber through the air duct, air regulating valve, and hollow main shaft, and enters the impeller blades through the holes around the distributor. After the slurry and air are fully mixed between the impeller blades, they are discharged from the upper half of the impeller. The discharged ore flows diagonally upward and is stabilized and oriented by the stator installed diagonally above the impeller, and then dispersed throughout the tank. Mineralized bubbles rise to the surface of the tank to form foam, foam flows into the foam tank automatically, the slurry returns to the impeller area for recycling, and the other part enters the lower tank through the flow hole on the wall between the tanks for re concentration.3technical parameter |
