performance introduction

The research grade high-performance fully automated gas adsorption analysis system (Autosorb iQC) is developed by Kantar in the United States

Quantachrome, an instrument company, released in March 2010, based on the latest adsorption technology

Developed based on theory, the most advanced digital pressure sensing technology, and the simplest human-machine interaction system

ofEpoch-making productIt is a research grade instrument that represents the most cutting-edge achievements in instrument design.

main features

1. Dual station microporous independent testing, doubling the flux within the same testing time

2. Each station has independent high-precision pressure sensors, which more accurately characterize the subtle structural differences of materials

3. The entire process from preprocessing to analysis is fully automated by computer programs, resulting in more accurate analysis.

4. Continuous testing for more than 90 hours, longer analysis time

5. Remote control provides convenience for the construction of advanced standardization laboratories and special industries for toxic, harmful, and radiation analysis.

6. It can be extended to 12 gas input interfaces, making it easy to study the adsorption and desorption properties of materials.

7. Connect with TCD, mass spectrometry, Oxford variable temperature system, and calorimetry system to achieve various functions such as temperature programmed experiments, analysis of gas composition generated by reactions, and study of adsorption heat.

8. Standard intelligent mode, dynamic mode, and hysteresis loop scanning mode provide comprehensive information on the pore structure of the sample
Characteristics of the new TCD option

1. Fully integrated TCD electronic control and signal capture

2. TCD can be turned off. The opening and closing of TCD are both done through software in the same way, so it only needs to be turned on when necessary, and does not need to be in the on state at all running times.

3. The TCD current setting is done through the same macro interface, such as the waiting time before auto zeroing.

4. Automatically measure signal range without setting attenuation values.

5. When used in conjunction with conventional mass spectrometry, the TPX option allows for the start/stop of mass spectrometry data collection as needed, as well as the on/off switching of the hot wire.

6. The sample temperature has undergone signal processing within IQC-TPX before being transmitted to the PRISMA plus mass spectrometer detector (i.e. without additional external thermocouple amplifiers)

7. Auosorb-iQ: Integrated physical adsorption, static chemical adsorption, and dynamic chemical adsorption.

8. Up to 12 gas inputs (optional expansion ports are required), if installed, any preparation gas, carrier gas, or reaction gas, as well as helium gas and quantitative circulation gas, can meet the access requirements.

9. Dynamic and static chemical adsorption methods can be included in a macro sequence

10. The mass spectrometry option can be tightly coupled with the instrument and does not require another vacuum system.

11. Chemical adsorption macro command editing interface and programming example:
