Due to its high voltage source range, 2410 is highly suitable for resistance and voltage coefficient testing, variable resistors, high-voltage diodes, switches, Zener diodes, RF diodes, and rectifier testing. 2410 can measure a current of 20mA while providing a voltage of 1100V, with the special resolution required for accurate testing.

The KEITHLEY2420 high-voltage source meter has a power of 60W and can provide and measure voltages from ± 5 µ V (source) and ± 1 µ V (measurement) to ± 60V, as well as currents from ± 100pA to ± 3A. The production testing application of 2420 must test resistors and resistor networks, thermistors, solar cells, and ordinary batteries under high current conditions.

The KEITHLEY2425 100W source meter extends the voltage range of 2420 to 100V and has a measurement power of 100W within a current range of 1A. Like the 2420 high-voltage source meter, the 2425 also has the measurement capability of 3A current and 60W power. 2425 is designed for medium power devices (such as DC-DC converters), power supplies, and others that require 60W and 100W total DC power
