Kinetix is a new generation of back illuminated sCMOS with ultra-high speed and wide field of view. The characteristics are as follows:

1. Ultra fast speed:Kinetix can achieve a full frame speed of 400fps in 8-bit mode, transmitting 4 billion pixels per second, which is 10 times faster than other sCMOS cameras currently on the market. In 16 bit and 12 bit (CMS) modes, the full frame speed can also reach 140fps, paving the way for achieving ultra high speed imaging.

2. Ultra large field of view: Kinetix has 10 million pixels, 6.5 μ m pixel size, and a diagonal field of view of up to 29.4mm. The imaging area is 2.4 times that of a regular sCMOS camera, greatly increasing the data acquisition throughput of a single image. It can fully utilize the large field of view microscopy system and improve experimental efficiency.

3. Ultra high sensitivity: Kinetix still uses a back illuminated chip design, achieving near perfect 95% quantum efficiency while reading noise as low as 1.2e -. Coupled with the excellent background quality of Photometrics, the imaging signal-to-noise ratio is high, making it the best choice for low light high-speed imaging.

4. Programmable scan mode:Kinetix has a built-in Programmable scan mode that allows for setting parameters such as exposure line count, delay time, scanning direction, etc., perfectly synchronizing camera exposure with scanning light, making it suitable for light imaging.
