Purpose:

This RTV silicone rubber is widely used as an adhesive, sealing, insulating, moisture-proof, and shockproof material for electronic components, semiconductor materials, electronic appliances, and other equipment. It is also used for waterproofing and sealing of electric heaters, electronic instruments, and sealing of electronic components. Specifically, it includes sealing of electric heating terminals, bonding of small motor magnetic tiles and metal shells, bonding and sealing of car lights, optical instruments and lenses, bonding of electronic instrument shells, insulation protection of motors, bonding and sealing of electronic components, etc.

Usage:

After general cleaning and drying of the components, the product is extruded from the metal hose and coated with glue. The glue comes into contact with moisture in the air and solidifies from the surface to the inside, with a maximum curing time of no more than 24 hours.

Usage:

1. Clean the surface of the adhered or coated material, removing rust, dust, oil stains, etc.

2. First, put on the glue nozzle, then cut it into the required size, and then squeeze the glue solution onto the cleaned surface to make it evenly distributed. Finally, seal the adhesive surface

Just fix it together.

3. Place the coated parts in the air and cure at room temperature for 24 hours before they can be put into use.

Notes:

1. Curing requires moist air, which may take a longer time in situations where the bonding area is large.

2. After the operation is completed, the unused glue should be immediately tightened with a cap and sealed for storage. When reusing, if there is a slight crust on the sealing area, it can be removed,

Does not affect normal use.

3. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Please rinse immediately with soapy water after skin contact. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse immediately with plenty of water

Wash, if there is still discomfort, go to the hospital for examination.

4. When using a glue dispenser to apply glue, if the operation is completed or paused, it is recommended to soak the dispensing needle in a container containing silicone oil to prevent solidification and blockage of the needle,

Squeeze out a small amount of silicone gel from the needle when doing homework again.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 12 months at temperatures below 25 ℃.
