It is a fully functional secondary instrument with a 32-bit ARM microprocessor as the core, equipped with high-speed AD and large capacity storage. The instrument adopts surface mount technology comprehensively and adopts multiple protection and isolation designs, with strong anti-interference ability and high reliability. The storage time can reach up to 720 days. It can automatically determine the transition from saturated steam to superheated steam, suitable for process monitoring of steam's thermal energy and total accumulation control; The historical curve or related historical data of process variable changes can be accessed at any time through USB flash drive and upper computer analysis software. It can be used in conjunction with various flow sensors such as V-cone, and the instrument also has good anti-theft and power-off performance characteristics.

1. Installation location and climatic conditions
The installation of instruments should be kept as far away as possible from places with impact, vibration, and electromagnetic interference such as motors and transformers. When installing the instrument, try to keep it level and do not tilt it left or right. The environmental temperature of the installation location should be between 0-50 ℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85% RH. It should also be in an environment where condensation, corrosive gases, or flammable gases are not easily generated.
