① Structure and characteristics:

Full flip structure, smooth transition of structural components, polished surface to effectively eliminate hygiene blind spots. The external structural components, fasteners, and drum are made of stainless steel, which can thoroughly clean the centrifuge shell, drum, and liquid outlet tank. The machine base is a flat plate structure, with a low center of gravity, small footprint, and easy operation. The configuration of liquid damping has good vibration reduction effect and simplifies daily maintenance. On the flip cover, there are feeding tubes, washing tubes, observation glasses, and lighting holes. Configure an online cleaning system (optional) to clean the inner wall of the centrifuge casing, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, and the collection tank.

② Scope of application:

Used for solid-liquid separation of suspension materials with solid particles. It can also be used for solid-liquid phase separation of fibrous materials. Especially for the separation of high viscosity, fine particle size, toxic, and flammable materials. For example, chemical raw materials such as gypsum, ammonium sulfate, saltpeter, copper sulfate, potassium chloride, borax, dyes, pigments, resins, pesticides, food, monosodium glutamate, food additives, starch, sugar, chemical seasonings, antibiotics, vitamins and other drugs, as well as solid and liquid phase filtration and separation in the mineral and environmental protection industries.
