■ Overview

The ZDRZ electric eccentric rotary valve (cam deflection regulating valve) consists of an electronic or electric actuator and an eccentric rotary valve. It is a type of angular stroke regulating valve that controls fluid by rotating a partial ball valve plate around an eccentric axis.

The rotation center of the valve core is not concentric with the rotation axis, which can reduce wear and prolong service life. There is a guide wing at the rear of the valve core, which is conducive to stable fluid flow and has good stability. Secondly, there are also characteristics such as high traffic and wide adjustable range.

Widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, steel, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, food, textiles, and light industry.

Nominal pressure: PN1.6, 4.0, 6.4MPa (note: PN6.4MPa is only used for valves with DN25-150)

Connection type: flange type (flange standard: JB/T79.1-94、 79.2-94, etc.)

Materials: cast steel (ZG230-450), cast stainless steel (ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti), etc

Upper valve cover: integrated with valve body -45~+400 ℃

Cover type: bolt compression type

Packing: V-shaped PTFE packing, PTFE impregnated asbestos packing, asbestos textile packing, graphite packing
