As the main product of our company, LPG -5 aseptic centrifugal spray dryer is widely used for liquid drying. The spray drying device is a centrifugal or pressurized atomizer, which atomizes liquid substances (such as solutions, suspensions, lotion or pastes) into droplets (increasing the surface area) by contacting with hot air and dries them into powder products (several seconds).
Transfer air to hot air through a heater, then enter the hot air separator at the top of the dryer, and evenly enter the drying chamber. At the same time, the liquid material is pumped into the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the dryer through a screw pump, with stepless speed regulation, and atomized into tiny droplets that come into contact with hot air and dry into dry products in a short period of time. The finished product will be discharged by the cyclone separator at the bottom of the drying tower, and the exhaust gas will be discharged by the fan.
The drying speed of spray is very fast. The atomized liquid material will greatly increase its surface area and can instantly evaporate 65~98% of its moisture in the hot air stream toComplete drying within 15 seconds. Especially suitable for drying heat sensitive materials. Dry products have uniform particles, good fluidity, good solubility, high purity, and good quality.



Working principle of sterile spray dryer
The spray dryer is a drying process that disperses the raw liquid into droplets with an atomizer, and obtains powdered products by directly contacting the droplets with hot air (or other gases). The raw material liquid can be a solution, emulsion, or suspension, as well as a melt or paste. Dried products can be made into powder, granules, hollow spheres, or pellets as needed.
The sterile spray dryer is a hot air circulation, parallel flow and centrifugal spray dryer. The dry medium air is filtered through primary, medium, and high-efficiency air filters, heated by a heater, and enters the top air distributor of the dryer. The hot air enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape. The liquid materials are transported to the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body through the feed liquid pump. Under the centrifugal force, the spray becomes a very fine atomized liquid drop, which flows in parallel with the hot air and can be dried into finished products in a very short time. The finished product is continuously collected by the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the induced draft fan after dust removal.
