Overview of Pipe type Horizontal Spiral Conveyor Products
The application range of circular tube horizontal conveyor is very wide, suitable for various industries such as building materials, chemical industry, power, metallurgy, coal, grain, etc. It is suitable for horizontal or inclined transportation of small, granular and powdery materials, such as coal, ash, slag, grain, cement and other materials.
The circular tube screw conveyor uses a rotating screw to push the conveyed material along a fixed casing to complete the conveying work. The head and tail bearings are moved outside the shell, and the suspension bearings are made of sliding bearings with dust-proof sealing devices. The bearing shells are generally made of powder metallurgy, and felt bearing shells are used for conveying cement. The suspension shaft and spiral shaft are connected by sliding blocks.
The circular tube screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying materials that are prone to deterioration, high viscosity, and easy agglomeration. These materials will stick to the screw during transportation and rotate without moving forward, or form material blockages at the suspension bearings, which will prevent the screw conveyor from working properly. The spiral diameter ranges from 200 millimeters to 500 millimeters, with a total of five specifications and lengths ranging from 2 meters to 70 meters. When selecting, the standard nominal length should be followed, and special requirements can be separately stated in the optional section.
Characteristics of Pipe Spiral Conveyor Products
(1) Small size, high speed, able to ensure fast and uniform conveying.
(2) Good rigidity and good sealing. The shell is made of seamless steel pipe, and the ends are connected by flanges to form a whole.
(3) The discharge end is equipped with a cleaning device, which has low overall noise, strong adaptability, and flexible layout of the inlet and outlet positions.
(4) High load-bearing capacity, safe and reliable.
(5) Strong adaptability, easy installation and maintenance, long service life.
