Product details

Are you still using the gravity settling method to observe particle precipitation or suspension?
Still observing with the naked eye, data can only be represented as' approximate '?
Are you still worried that new products need 'time to prove stability' while competitors have already taken the lead?

Don't use traditional measurement methods to prove the stability of the sample anymore!!
Don't let 'waiting time' take away the development of new business opportunities anymore!!
Products from LUM company in Germany, with exclusive STEP patented technology worldwide.
Let's use Stokes and Lambert Beer's law to tell you about sample stability!!

Instrument design concept:
By using a centrifuge system combined with a unique optical detection system, the entire process dynamics and local separation phenomena (such as settling and suspension) of particles in the entire sample can be immediately analyzed and recorded.
The movement process of particles has exceeded the ability of human eyes to distinguish. We use LUM devices to record the real-time process during this movement, providing a lot of quantitative data to prove the characteristics of our samples.

Instrument measurement application:
The true particle movement rate can be calculated based on the distance and time it takes for the particle to move in the test tube. After obtaining the particle's movement velocity, we can introduce Stokes' law (which requires the sample to be available first)
The density, viscosity, and other parameters allow us to obtain the particle size analysis of this sample. After quantifying our data, we can then compare product stability and calculate product shelf life
Applications such as "product rheological behavior" and "optimal formula addition ratio for products".

It can be imagined that these various data and applications can be analyzed in a short period of time. These gains have far exceeded the value of the product itself!!

Centrifugal acceleration? Destroying the sample? Don't stick to the wrong ideas anymore~
In our natural living environment, there exists a gravity of 1G. The sample also slowly precipitates/suspends under the gravity of 1G. But through centrifugal acceleration, we provide 10 times, 20 times, and 100 times the gravity
The environment accelerates the movement speed of particles, which also means we shorten the waiting time, and the acceleration measurement obtains the results we want. Therefore, centrifugal acceleration is not destroying the structure of the sample
If so, is 1G gravity also a form of destruction?! It allows us to obtain the research results we want more quickly
