The LW centrifuge is a horizontal spiral discharge and continuous operation settling equipment. The drum and screw operate at high speed with an indefinite rotational difference, and the material continuously enters the screw feeder through the feeding pipe. After acceleration, it enters the drum, and under the action of centrifugal force field, heavier solid substances deposit on the drum wall. The solid material deposited is continuously pushed to the cone end of the rotary drum by the spiral pusher, and discharged outside the machine through the slag discharge port. The lighter liquid phase objects continuously overflow from the overflow port at the large end of the rotary drum and are discharged outside the machine through the discharge port. This machine is set to operate at full speed, continuously feeding, separating, and unloading.
