LY-1500WA is a large external vacuum packaging machine with a body that is suitable for packaging products horizontally. The maximum sealing line size is 1500MM, and the worktable size is 850 * 500MM. The machine adopts a painted and sprayed shell, and the double air cylinders are enlarged to make the sealing more perfect. The equipment is equipped with casters that can move freely, which is particularly suitable for packaging various large electronic products, optoelectronic products, LCD displays, PCB circuit boards, hardware products, or packaging them in cardboard boxes. It is moisture-proof, oxidation proof, rust proof, and impact proof; Used for vacuum packaging of cotton and wool products such as large packaging fabrics, quilts, pillows, etc., to compress packaging volume and save logistics costs;

Mode selection

Multiple modes such as vacuum packaging, inflatable packaging, and sealed bag making can be selected separately according to packaging needs, reducing the wear and tear of some components and extending the service life of the machine;

Heating dual protection

The heating part is controlled by a contactless solid-state relay to prevent the relay contacts from being unable to disconnect due to excessive current. To avoid interference or improper parameter settings that may cause the heating temperature to be too high, this control part not only sets a parameter upper limit function in the software, but also configures a precision time relay as a secondary protection to ensure that the heating time will not cause misoperation due to interference or artificially set too high a heat sealing time.

Alarm system

The machine adopts an automatic detection system. In case of incorrect operation or malfunction during startup, shutdown, and use, the system will automatically sound an alarm until the fault is resolved.
