The main shaft of the horizontal mixer is equipped with double-layer spiral blades, with the outer blades conveying the material towards the middle and the inner blades conveying the material towards the outside. The material forms a low power and efficient mixing environment under the convective motion of the double-layer spiral belt. The inner and outer diameter screws installed on the mixing shaft drive the material inside the barrel, allowing the mixer to perform the maximum range of flipping process on the material inside the barrel. When the mixing device is in operation, the inner screw drives the material near the axis to rotate around the axis, pushing it from the inside to both sides in the axial direction. The outer screw drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate around the axis, pushing it from both sides to the inside in the axial direction.
