Detailed Introduction

LY-600WC is an external vacuum packaging machine, which adopts a Taiwanese brand PLC controller and a high-resolution touch screen as the human-machine interface. The working process and alarm information are all displayed in text, and it has the advantages of accurate control, strong anti-interference ability, and good stability; Optional temperature module, real-time monitoring of heating temperature, with over temperature alarm and power-off protection function to ensure the safety of equipment use; Painted paint spray coating shell (can be made of stainless steel), no chamber air nozzle structure, adjustable stainless steel worktable up and down, silent movable casters allow the equipment to move freely, especially suitable for packaging various IC, electronic, optoelectronic, circuit board, and hardware products to prevent moisture, oxidation, rust, and impact;

Manual/automatic function:

Automatic second step: Pre programmed with the required technical parameters for packaging materials, the first step determines whether the product is flat inside the packaging bag and the bag opening, and the second step automatically completes the entire packaging process according to the program, doubling the packaging speed;
Manually step on three feet: Step on the first foot to confirm whether the product is flat inside the packaging bag and at the bag opening. Step on the second foot and the machine will start vacuuming. After visually observing that the product vacuum level meets the requirements, step on the third foot and the machine will start executing the program, automatically completing the entire packaging process;

Mode selection:

Multiple modes such as vacuum packaging and sealed bag making can be selected separately according to packaging needs, reducing the wear and tear of some components and extending the service life of the machine;

Heating dual protection:

The heating part is controlled by a contactless solid-state relay to prevent the relay contacts from being unable to disconnect due to excessive current. To avoid interference or improper parameter settings that may cause the heating temperature to be too high, this control part not only sets a parameter upper limit function in the software, but also configures a precision time relay as a secondary protection to ensure that the heating time will not cause misoperation due to interference or artificially set too high a heat sealing time
