Product Introduction

The vertical external vacuum packaging machine is suitable for packaging large and non inverted products, such as rice, plastic pellets, chemical powders, hardware molds, vegetables, fruits, agricultural and sideline products, oils, etc. The bag opening of this model is sealed vertically and can be packaged directly inside the bag along with the product's outer packaging (such as barrels or boxes).

Control system

Adopting our company's independently developed microcomputer controller, this system has the advantages of accurate control, strong anti-interference ability, and good stability. All settings are directly set on the panel without the need to adjust other components;

Hand/automatic function

Automatic second step: Pre programmed with the required technical parameters for packaging materials, the first step determines whether the product is flat inside the packaging bag and the bag opening, and the second step automatically completes the entire packaging process according to the program, doubling the packaging speed;
Manually step on three feet: Step on the first foot to confirm whether the product is flat inside the packaging bag and at the bag opening. Step on the second foot and the machine will start vacuuming. After visually observing that the product vacuum level meets the requirements, step on the third foot and the machine will start executing the program, automatically completing the entire packaging process;

Anti pressure hand function

If the operator accidentally places their hand under the sealing strip during use, the machine will sound an alarm and the sealing strip will quickly reset and pop up to avoid finger injury, effectively ensuring the safety of the operator

Mode selection

Multiple modes such as vacuum packaging, inflatable packaging, and sealed bag making can be selected separately according to packaging needs, reducing the wear and tear of some components and extending the service life of the machine;

Double protection

The machine adopts an automatic detection system. In case of incorrect operation or malfunction during startup, shutdown, and use, the system will automatically sound an alarm until the fault is resolved.
