Detailed Introduction

The LY-600LB external vacuum packaging machine adopts upper and lower heating sealing methods, with a maximum sealing line size of 600mm, which is more suitable for customers with high sealing requirements, thick packaging bags (aluminum foil bags), and special material sealing. The paint spraying machine shell and body are more sturdy, and multiple modes such as vacuum packaging, inflatable packaging, and sealing bag making can be selected separately according to customer packaging needs, reducing the wear of some components and extending the service life of the machine;
Adopting our company's independently developed microcomputer controller (LED digital display), this system has the advantages of accurate control, strong anti-interference ability, good stability, and error operation alarm. All settings are directly set on the panel without the need to adjust other components; The pumping part adopts an oil-free vacuum generator;

Manual/automatic function:

Automatic second step: Pre programmed with the required technical parameters for packaging materials, the first step determines whether the product is flat inside the packaging bag and the bag opening, and the second step automatically completes the entire packaging process according to the program, doubling the packaging speed;
Manually step on three feet: Step on the first foot to confirm whether the product is flat inside the packaging bag and at the bag opening. Step on the second foot and the machine will start vacuuming. After visually observing that the product vacuum level meets the requirements, step on the third foot and the machine will start executing the program, automatically completing the entire packaging process;

Anti pressure hand function:

If the operator accidentally places their hand under the sealing strip during use, the machine will sound an alarm and the sealing strip will quickly reset and pop up when pressed, avoiding finger injuries and effectively ensuring the safety of the operator;

Mode selection:

Multiple modes such as vacuum packaging and sealed bag making can be selected separately according to packaging needs, reducing the wear and tear of some components and extending the service life of the machine;

Heating dual protection:

The heating part is controlled by a contactless solid-state relay to prevent the relay contacts from being unable to disconnect due to excessive current. To avoid interference or improper parameter settings that may cause the heating temperature to be too high, this control part not only sets a parameter upper limit function in the software, but also configures a precision time relay as a secondary protection to ensure that the heating time will not cause misoperation due to interference or artificially set too high a heat sealing time.
