Scope of application

The LY-800LY vertical external vacuum packaging machine is suitable for packaging large and non inverted products, such as rice, plastic pellets, chemical powders, feed, hardware molds, vegetables, fruits, agricultural and sideline products, Chinese herbal medicines, oils, etc. The bag mouth of this model is sealed vertically, and the bottom Y-shaped structure is equipped, which is more suitable for placing large and heavy products directly under the equipment for vacuum pumping and sealing packaging with forklifts or handcarts. The mold can shape various shapes of the products, making it convenient for packing, stacking, and transportation.

Working mode

Multiple modes such as vacuum packaging, inflatable packaging, and sealed bag making can be selected separately according to packaging needs, reducing the wear and tear of some components and extending the service life of the machine;
① Vacuum mode: vacuum+sealing (standard);
Vacuum (N times)+inflation (N times)+vacuum (N times)+sealing (optional);
② Inflation mode: vacuum+inflation+sealing (optional);
Vacuum (N times)+inflation (N times)+sealing (optional);

Hand/automatic function

Automatic second step: Pre programmed with the required technical parameters for packaging materials, the first step determines whether the product is flat inside the packaging bag and the bag opening, and the second step automatically completes the entire packaging process according to the program, doubling the packaging speed;
Manually step on three feet: Step on the first foot to confirm whether the product is flat inside the packaging bag and at the bag opening. Step on the second foot and the machine will start vacuuming. After visually observing that the product vacuum level meets the requirements, step on the third foot and the machine will start executing the program, automatically completing the entire packaging process;

Anti pressure hand function

If the operator accidentally places their hand under the sealing strip during use, the machine will sound an alarm and the sealing strip will quickly reset and pop up when pressed, avoiding finger injuries and effectively ensuring the safety of the operator;

Heating dual protection

The heating part is controlled by a contactless solid-state relay to prevent the relay contacts from being unable to disconnect due to excessive current. To avoid interference or improper parameter settings that may cause the heating temperature to be too high, this control part not only sets a parameter upper limit function in the software, but also configures a precision time relay as a secondary protection to ensure that the heating time will not cause misoperation due to interference or artificially set too high a heat sealing time.
