Product Introduction

The LY-800WP built-in air source vacuum sealing machine is a practical floor standing external vacuum sealing machine with a maximum sealing line size of 800mm. The machine comes with an oil-free silent air compressor inside, which does not require an external air source and can be used directly when powered on. It adopts a baked paint spray coating shell, a chamber free air nozzle structure, a silent oil vacuum pump, a stainless steel worktable that can be adjusted up and down, and silent movable casters that can move the equipment freely. It is particularly suitable for packaging various IC, electronic, optoelectronic, circuit board, and hardware products to prevent moisture, oxidation, rust, and impact.

Working mode

Multiple modes such as vacuum packaging, inflatable packaging, and sealed bag making can be selected separately according to packaging needs, reducing the wear and tear of some components and extending the service life of the machine;

Anti pressure hand function

If the operator accidentally places their hand under the sealing strip during use, the machine will sound an alarm and the sealing strip will quickly reset and pop up when pressed, avoiding finger injuries and effectively ensuring the safety of the operator.

Heating dual protection

The heating part is controlled by a contactless solid-state relay to prevent the relay contacts from being unable to disconnect due to excessive current. To avoid interference or improper parameter settings that may cause the heating temperature to be too high, this control part not only sets a parameter upper limit function in the software, but also configures a precision time relay as a secondary protection to ensure that the heating time will not cause misoperation due to interference or artificially set too high a heat sealing time.

Alarm system

The machine adopts an automatic detection system. In case of incorrect operation or malfunction during startup, shutdown, and use, the system will automatically sound an alarm until the fault is resolved.
