The rotary grid machine is composed of a transmission device, sprocket, frame, and rake. The rake material is made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon, or stainless steel, while the frame material is generally made of carbon steel or stainless steel. By combining the toothed rake shaft and sprocket in a certain order, a series of closed toothed rake chains are formed. The two side sprockets are driven by a transmission device to rotate clockwise from bottom to top on the upstream surface. The effective gap between the grates is the spacing between the toothed rakes, forming a space for overcurrent and separation. Due to the special structural shape of the toothed rake, when it carries debris to the upper end of the grate and runs in the opposite direction, the debris falls off by its own weight, and a relative self-cleaning motion is generated between the front and rear toothed rakes. At the same time, a pair of rubber plate brushes are set up to clean each row of toothed rakes passing through here, thus completing a cleaning cycle.

1. Equipment and rake tooth specifications

The equipment specifications range from 300mm to 3600mm according to the machine width size. If the machine width exceeds 1800mm, it will be made into a parallel unit. The clearance of the rake teeth is divided into various specifications such as 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc. The selection is based on the amount of water, lifting height, total solid-liquid separation, and the shape and particle size of the separated material. Different materials are also selected.

2. Equipment length specifications

The standard groove depth of the equipment is 1535mm, which can be extended according to user needs and actual usage conditions. Special specifications will be designed separately.
