2、 Structure and working principle

This product mainly consists of three parts: independent coolers (air heat exchangers), inlet and outlet oil pipelines, and a main control box. The cooler is the main working component, consisting of an integral aluminum rolled fin cooling tube group, an axial flow fan, a submersible pump, upper and lower oil chambers, a collection duct, etc. Its working principle is as follows: the hot oil from the oil chamber on the upper oil collection pipe of the transformer enters the finned tube of the cooler to transfer heat to the moving air (wind). The cooled transformer oil flows into the oil tank, is pressurized by the oil pump, enters the transformer again through the lower oil collection pipe to absorb heat, and then enters the local cooling system again through the upper oil collection pipe, thus forming a closed oil cooling cycle.

Several independent working coolers and backup coolers form a cooler group, and each cooler is connected in parallel with the main manifold oil pipe through valves. Due to the fact that each individual cooler is equipped with a one-way valve, when the oil pump stops running, the cooler will be cut off from the main manifold.
The electrical part of this machine is equipped with two input methods: dual power supply and single power supply input; Key operation controls the start and stop of each oil pump and fan; The operation of the oil pump is the starting condition for the fan. Sound and light protection signals such as power overload fault, lower limit of oil flow, and abnormal oil pressure are provided, and all signals are output with non electrified terminals for centralized processing by the integrated control. The specific circuit is shown in the LYF electrical schematic diagram.
3、 Installation
1. During transportation of this machine, the cooler body should be packaged separately from the submersible pump and pipe valve. Before use, routine inspections should be conducted on the other components
⑴ Cooler body: Are there any damages to the finned tubes, such as the fins being tilted on the flat side. The fan blades should rotate flexibly, the insulation of the fan motor winding should meet the standards, and the supporting feet should not be loose. The shell should be free of scratches, and if the paint layer falls off, it should be repaired.
⑵ Submersible oil pump: Conduct routine inspections according to the instruction manual of the submersible oil pump.
⑶ Valve pipeline: Valves should not be too wide or too tight; Single flow valves should be flexible and reliable; When manually adjusting the oil flow relay to the lower limit, there should be contact action. When installing, pay attention to the direction of the oil flow relay, and ensure that the surface is perpendicular to the ground; All connecting flange end faces should be clean and free of scratches; The sealing gasket should be neat and free from aging.
The cooler body, oil pump, valve pipeline, and transformer oil are repeatedly cleaned during factory inspection and sealed before leaving the factory. Before installation, check whether the packaging seal is good, and immediately connect the installation after the seal is opened to prevent dust from entering.
2. Lift the cooler body, screw it onto the tripod, and secure it onto the base.

3. Connect the oil pump to the valve and oil collection pipeline of the local oil circuit, and connect it in series with the oil filter to filter the oil until the oil is qualified before connecting it to the transformer oil tank.

4. Please refer to the installation diagram of the cooling unit in the technical document of this device for installation.
5. Install the electrical control box, connect the power and control lines, and all wires are introduced from the bottom of the box. The appearance and dimensions of the foot mounting holes are shown in the attached diagram.
4、 Start up and run
1. Check the electrical circuit for accuracy. Correct the direction of the oil pump and fan.
2. Open each cooler and oil circuit butterfly valve, inject transformer oil from the bottom, open the top exhaust plug and close it after the oil is filled. Start the oil pump for about one minute, and after the pump has been stationary for about one hour, carefully unscrew the top exhaust plug to exhaust. Repeat this exhaust process until no gas is discharged.
3. After oil injection and exhaust, each cooler can be tested and operated, with a focus on observing: ⑴ The noise of the oil pump and fan does not exceed the standard, there is no obvious vibration, and the current does not exceed the nameplate parameters and is stable. ⑵ All electrical operations and instructions ensure accurate and reliable protection signals The whole machine has no leakage phenomenon. All performance indicators meet the requirements for shutdown.
4. When the top oil temperature rises to+65 ℃ during no-load operation of the transformer, the number of coolers should be put into operation and controlled to stabilize the oil temperature at this value. This is the required number of coolers for no-load operation of the transformer.
5. After no-load operation, check that the insulation between the transformer and the oil, as well as the insulation of the oil itself, are normal. Then gradually increase the load from small to large. According to the increase in oil temperature, put in the appropriate number of coolers to maintain the oil temperature at the required value.
6. Shutdown: After the transformer stops working, the cooler must continue to run for 10 minutes (or make appropriate adjustments depending on the air temperature) before shutting down.
5、 Maintenance and repair
After running for a certain period of time, the cooler should be inspected and maintained:
1. Fan: After one year of continuous operation, the fan motor bearings should be cleaned and maintained.
2. Fin tube: Compressed air is used to blow away debris between the tube group and fins to maintain its cooling efficiency. The cleaning cycle depends on the degree of dirt.
3. Submersible oil pump: Follow the instructions in the manual for using the submersible oil pump.
4. Pipeline: Check the reliability of the valve and replace the sealing gasket with aging and leakage.
5. When the ambient temperature drops to the freezing point of the transformer oil used, the oil in the non operating cooler submersible pump should be drained to prevent freezing damage.
