The LZF type silo vibration arch breaking anti blocking device is a typical example of the application of vibration motors. The device uses the YZD type vibration motor as the excitation source, adopts a welded structure, and the platform and vibration motor are fastened with high-strength bolts.

Installation location and method of LZF anti blocking device:
1. All steel silo: The LZF type device should be welded to the wall of the silo.
2. For all concrete silos and reinforced steel silos, vibration plates should be installed inside the silos, and LZF type anti blocking devices should be welded to the vibration plates.
3. The upper part is a concrete hopper, and the lower part is a steel hopper. The LZF type anti blocking device should be welded onto the wall of the dry material hopper.
4. Storage bins for pure coarse block materials, regardless of their form, should be equipped with vibration plates inside the bin. The LZF type device should be welded onto the vibration plate.
5. Chute: The LZF type anti blocking device should be welded to the parts of the chute that are prone to sticking and blockage.
The LZF type anti blocking device should be installed on the vibration wave belly section of the installation surface, which is located at one-third to one-quarter of the total length from the upper or lower side of the installation surface.
Operation and maintenance of LZF anti blocking device:
When welding the anti blocking base, it is important to pay attention to whether the base is stable and whether the installation connection of the anti blocking device is level.
At the beginning of the operation of the vibration motor, due to the running in between the bolts, nuts and the base plane, the fastening force will be reduced and small looseness will occur. Therefore, the foot bolts of the vibration motor should be tightened multiple times during the initial operation. At the beginning, they should be tightened once a day, and after two weeks, they should be checked and tightened once a week. Regularly lubricate the vibration motor, usually within 2 months.
