The UPFS-III-500L laboratory sewage treatment machine efficiently achieves the purpose of automatic dosing, automatic sterilization, and wastewater treatment. It has advanced technology, simple operation, and automatic process control. The treated wastewater can be directly discharged into the municipal sewage network.

Standard configuration
Installation requirements for laboratory sewage treatment plants
1. Please install a 2.5-amp fuse on the device power supply.
2. Please ensure reliable grounding of the equipment, with a grounding resistance of no more than 4 ohms.
3. The equipment should be installed indoors in a dry, ventilated, and sheltered environment at room temperature, paying attention to high temperatures and antifreeze.
4. Please cut off the power supply when there is no water in the collection tank or when the equipment is not running for a long time.
5. Please connect the overflow outlet to the source water pool using DN20 U-PVC pipe to prevent property damage caused by overflow.
6. The equipment may have water leakage through external drainage. It is recommended to install it indoors with good drainage and ventilation.

1. Pay attention to labor protection and safety during operation.
2. The ambient temperature should be maintained between 5-35 ℃. When the equipment is stopped, it should be emptied and anti freezing measures should be taken.
3. When the equipment is running, the doors and windows should be opened to keep the indoor air unobstructed.
4. Regular inspections should be conducted during equipment operation to promptly address any abnormal conditions.
5. After the equipment vent is opened, the pH sensor electrode needs to be removed, cleaned, and stored in a buffer solution with a normal lifespan of 1 year.
6. Due to quality issues within one year, our company is responsible for the product warranty of the laboratory sewage treatment plant.
