Product performance characteristics: The CGJB series laboratory high-pressure homogenizer utilizes a suspension under high pressure conditions to crush particles and oil droplets present in the liquid into very small sizes, with diameters ranging from 0.1 to 2 μ m and an average diameter of less than or equal to 1 μ m, through a comprehensive effect of pressure loss, expansion, explosion, shear, and high-speed impact through an adjustable flow limiting homogenization valve gap, to obtain ideal emulsions or dispersions. This process integrates the functional principles of internal flow, ultrasonic homogenizer, colloid mill, ball mill, etc. The product maintains its original activity, stability, blending and absorbency, nutritional value, shelf life, taste, and color can all be achieved in the homogenizer.
